Job Description:

At Regions, the Financial Crimes Product Manager leads the development and execution of our product roadmap. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Defines and prioritizes features and enhancements based on customer feedback and business priorities for roadmap planning

  • Works closely with technology, stakeholders, engineering and other teams to drive product development from concept to launch

  • Gathers and analyzes user requirements, translating them into detailed product requirements and works closely with Product Owners on sizing of work efforts

  • Leads the agile development process, including, increment planning, backlog grooming, and release management

  • Ensures upstream and downstream dependencies are identified, communicated and completed for quality assurance

  • Tracks and analyzes key performance metrics to measure the success of product initiatives and inform future iterations

  • Communicates product updates and process to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executives and external partners

  • Champions the needs of our customers throughout the product lifecycle, advocating for features and improvements that enhance their experience

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years related experience in product management, product owner, business case development, business requirements analysis or financial services

  • OR High School Diploma/GED and seven (7) years related experience in product management, product owner,business case development, business requirements analysis or financial services

  • Familiarity or working knowledge of agile methodologies and product management tools (i.e., JIRA, Confluence, QTest)

Preferences

  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Agilist or Product Owner/Manager certification

  • Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), Consumer Due Diligence (CDD) or Fraud experience

  • Knowledge of financial services industry

  • Knowledge of banking products

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

  • Strong analytical skills and data driven decision making abilities

  • Previous experience working within Fraud is highly beneficial for this role.

  • Previous experience leading efforts and identifying upstream and downstream flows is highly preferred for this role.

This position must be within a reasonable driving distance to a Branch, Consumer Operations, or Professional Office Building with the primary location being for Birmingham, AL, Nashville, TN, Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC. Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position, and relocation would be at your expense. Exceptions to the geographic location requirement may be made for current Regions associates who work remotely.

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

$92,770.00 USD
