Regions Bank Treasury Management Implementation Product Specialist in Hoover, Alabama

Job Description:

At Regions, the Treasury Management Implementation Product Specialist partners with Treasury Management sales and business clients to ensure services are implemented quickly and accurately.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Works directly with the Treasury Management sales team and clients to assist with the implementation of products and services

  • Performs data entry and validation within multiple, complex, or integrated Treasury Management and Commercial Card Applications

  • Works within the implementation workflow system (SIMS) to document progress of implementation, complete with updated notes as applicable

  • Validates required documentation, authorizations, approvals, etc. are all accurately completed and included with implementation requests

  • Provides follow-up to the Treasury Management sales team when required information is incomplete or inaccurate

  • Serves as the liaison between Regions' clients, Operations, Technology, and bank vendor partners as necessary

  • Resolves implementation issues independently

  • Documents, manages, tracks, and drives implementations to completion

  • Serves as a resource on implementation processes and Treasury Management and Commercial Card products supported

  • Ensures a smooth transition of client from the implementation team to Client Services upon project completion when applicable

  • Participates in special projects as needed

  • May participate in exception process management which may include billing rejects, exception reports, system clean-up efforts, etc.

  • May support complex, high value, and one-off special requests which requires insight, technical expertise and analytical ability to complete the implementation set-up

  • May coordinate file specifications, file testing and client communication across all supported services

  • May mentor or coach new specialists on team

  • May monitor departmental email box for corresponding team

This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Three (3) years banking, customer service, operations, administrative or related experience

Skills and Competencies

  • Ability to resolve problems independently

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong computer skills

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

$45,040.00 USD

Median:

$55,960.00 USD
